The CSP Montessori PTA is a charitable organisation, with volunteers who raise funds mainly for the CSP Montessori School. We are based on a constitution and have a chairperson, a treasurer, a deputy, several board members, and volunteers. We meet at least once a term to discuss activities and events. 

 

Our main task is to raise funds for our lovely children, but we also support other local charities such as the Marlow Opportunity Playgroup.  Our main fundraising activities are social gatherings that also provide a good opportunity for the families of Chalfont St Peter Montessori School to socialise. These include regular movie nights for the children, an Easter egg hunt, coffee mornings, a Christmas party and our two flagship events: The Christmas Fair and The Summer Fair.

 

From the money raised, we have helped improve the infrastructure of the School, by investing in the interactive whiteboard, canopy and grass flooring.  We also sponsor special activities including Wild Fangs visits, Hatch-a-Chick, and school trips.
